PreventaMax - Plan Feature
We believe in preventive care, so it's natural that we'd design plans with this in mind. Since mid-2008 we've offered PreventaMax with some Oregon and Washington Traditional Dental and PPO plans. With PreventaMax, preventive and diagnostic care does not apply toward annual benefit maximums. Currently, it's the only plan design of its kind in our area that puts an emphasis on preventive care.

*This plan is not insurance. It is a discount plan. You are responsible for the full cost of any health care services purchased. You will receive discounts for dental services at certain dental providers who have contracted with the plan.
