Advantage Plus
For Senior Advantage Members
Add affordable dental, hearing aids and extra eyewear benefits to your Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage (HMO) individual medical plan.
With Advantage Plus, you get all three benefits for an additional $35 monthly premium. You’ll see Kaiser Permanente dentists and clinicians at our facilities for all three services, and, for your added convenience, you’ll receive just one bill that includes both your Senior Advantage coverage and Advantage Plus benefits.
Eligibility:
To qualify for Advantage Plus, you must be enrolled in a Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage Basic or Senior Advantage individual medical plan. To learn more about these plans, visit the Medicare section.

With Advantage Plus you get:
Dental
- Designed as preventive plan (exams, cleanings, X-rays and fluoride treatments at no charge).
- Basic and major restorative services at no charge after $35 deductible, including root canals, periodontal cleaning, crowns, bridges and dentures.
- Annual dental benefit maximum of $1,000 per calendar year.
Hearing Aids
- $500 credit for one hearing aid per ear every three years.
Extra Eyewear
- $175 eyewear credit every two years.
Convenient Locations
- Dental: 17 offices, access to 128 general dentists and specialists.
- Vision Essentials by Kaiser Permanente: 11 locations.
- Audiology departments: Four locations: Beaverton, Central Interstate, Mill Plain, Sunnybrook.
