Our Salmon Creek Dental Office is situated within our Salmon Creek Medical Office facility and is located off I-5 on NE 20th in Vancouver. It is one of our three locations serving SW Washington. The office, which opened in November 1997, provides general dentistry, endodontic and periodontic care.
