How Can We Serve You Better?
If you would like a second opinion regarding a particular course of treatment, ask your dentist to arrange a consultation with another Kaiser Permanente dentist.
Most problems can be resolved with the help of your dental care team. However, if you feel that your complaint requires further attention, contact the manager of the dental office where you received your care. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your problem, you may contact Dental Administration at:

500 NE Multnomah St., Suite 100
Portland, OR 97232
If you believe that more should be done or that things should be done differently after you talk to our office manager and Dental Administration, you can file a grievance with Member Relations. Put your concerns in writing, and send your letter to Member Relations at the address above.
