Language interpretation services
We provide free language interpretation services. Call 1-800-324-8010 (toll free). Tell the person who answers what language you speak. They will arrange for an interpreter to join the call.
If you would like a second opinion regarding a particular course of treatment, ask your dentist to arrange a consultation with another Kaiser Permanente dentist.
Most problems can be resolved with the help of your dental care team. However, if you feel that your complaint requires further attention, contact the manager of the dental office where you received your care. If you believe that more should be done or that things should be done differently after you talk to our office manager and Dental Administration, you can file a grievance with Member Relations. Put your concerns in writing, and send your letter to Member Relations at the address above.
