Getting Care
When you have questions about your benefits or eligibility, need dental services or need to make an appointment, call the Dental Appointment Center. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Call 24 hours a day to:
- Cancel or verify appointments
- Get information about our dental offices, including directions
- Receive advice or arrange to be seen for a dental emergency
New patients / patients with urgent dental needs:
Please call the Appointment Center directly to schedule an appointment. There are specific questions that we'll need to speak with you about prior to scheduling and to ensure you get the care you need, and in a timely manner.
Established patients:
You have the choice to either call the Appointment Center or request an appointment online.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment:
Please call the Appointment Center if within 24 hours of your appointment so we have adequate time to offer the appointment to another member. You can also use the automated cancellation system by calling 1 (800) 448-6118 and pressing option #2 from the main menu and entering your ID card number.

Kaiser Permanente Dentists offer regular weekday hours as well as Saturday hours for emergency care and routine hygiene appointments.
